I was raised by a grandmother who was very organized. She taught me to put things back where they belong so they can be easily found again.
When I became a nurse being organized could save someone’s life. You checked your supplies and equipment at the beginning and end of your shift.
Home Organizing isn’t life or death– but research has shown that clutter and being disorganized can lead to insomnia, increased stress, anxiety, and can even lead to depression. Being disorganized makes it harder for your brain to focus.
My goal is to help clients with work/life balance by helping to organize belongings, decrease clutter and assist with a method that works for individuals to allow for more free spare time.
I work with clients who have no spare time to organize, are easily overwhelmed or distracted as well as persons who have mobility issues and need assistance.
